Flap Jack Friday

Happy Friday Everyone!

I dont know about ya’ll, but I am certainly glad that the weekend is here! Huzzah!

Now, I know I constantly mention my love of Beligan Waffles, but I would be doing my other breakfast love a shame. Pancakes were my number one choice back in the day and when going out to eat at a diner. Comfort food at its finest – I’m 99% sure all the worlds problems could be solved with stack of pancakes & coffee.

  1. I love the simplicity of these two recipes! I have a lot of Greek yogurt in my fridge right now (including the new Chobani flavors!), so I’ll definitely be trying these out!

By all-time favorite pancakes are banana chocolate chip with a peanut butter drizzle. When I want something less sweet, I make my mom’s Swedish pancakes–they’re super buttery, but so so good. :)

  2. can I just say….the health nut in me loves that these are only three ingredients! The other part of me that just likes to eat is like OMG PANCAKES YAYHHHHHH! lol, cherry flavor is always a good thing…I kinda wanna make pancakes with those chobani Bites things now, so that I can have the chocolate bits in there too lol
